Girlfriends SWAP SHOP 

This was a lot of fun enjoying a morning of “free” shopping.  The new or gently used items from home that you no longer need or use were exchanged for some new treasures.  It was a fun way to shop that didn’t cost money, and gave you an incentive to clean out those closets you’ve been meaning to get to!   Coffee and continental breakfast was also enjoyed.

The Ladies Retreat last April for all our ladies (and college age young ladies) of the church was a great opportunity to just get away but not go far.  We went to Jonathan Dickinson State Park and rented a cabin for April 14th and 15th.   It was fun and a relaxing getawayand the food was great!

Our Women’s group focuses on two areas, one we call “Girlfriends” which includes a variety of scheduled get-togethers, usually around some fun times like a movie night or just a coffee/discussion, or a specific Bible study focus. The other part of our women’s ministry is called, LifeSong Ladies. This is to meet needs within the church and in the community as well, from helping a family in need to ministering at a nursing home. Email us for more information.
